We take pride in providing a nice place to live for those who have children and those who dont.
This is a mature sim with a PG rating- which means adult content is allowed but is to be kept out of the public's eyes.
The land is $1l to buy and monthly tier upfront.
HOUSES AVAILABLE on plot, or if you wish to use your own they can be removed.
* All Skyboxes must be 400+ meters high out of sight.
* Do not go over the prims you are allowed, this will keep lag to a minimum.
* NO Castles
* To avoid cluster a MINIMUM of 5m distance from property border to home.
* Homes within the center lots must be kept under 15M in height.
* Outside lots can be "landscaped" to your specifications however unless you ask for it to be done, we will not. (adding waves counts toward prim count)
The park( 7 seas equipt) is for ALL residents to use as well as the roads for you to walk or drive on.
Please be considerate of others and watch for children.
All Plots will be grouped to your group so that you have access to your own media stream.
