Roxanna's Shadowbox shop with elegant asian shadow boxes and stained glass screens. An elegant kimono shop and Zevon's asian sex art store with beautiful asian textures to enhance your creations.
The shops are double japanese textured and are 40 prims for 110L a week and 25 prims for 80L a week. I will give 10% discount to any who rent a month or more.
There is a nearby dance pavilion and the area is open and easy for you to move about. Low lag and no second story shops.
Instead of cluttering with wall to wall shops, stacked on top of each other, I have kept the shops to a minimum to allow the renter to display their wares to the maximum. And to allow the buyer to enjoy the surrounding amenities. Beautiful landscaping and a wide, open dance pavilion with cuddle house and patio tables supplied with bartender balls.
