Hema Place is a small island retreat for those seeking condo sized living arrangements. We offer a 10 units in a five story building set right in the middle of a beautiful tropical island. This is the place for those seeking solitude or couples looking for a permanent get-away to call home.
The island is located on the Dorian Day Spa homestead sim and is shared by all residents of Hema Place. Apart from the residential structure, the island is littered with palm trees, ancient rock formations and a variety of amenities for our select residents and their guests such as a pool/party area, streaming audio, massage hut, boat rides and private spaces . We also offer 360 degrees of sunshine and the endless horizon cradled by the sea along with lovely sun drenched beaches. Spectacular views guaranteed!
There are ten units available. Apartments are unfurnished and come with a 150 prim limit. Weekly rate is $450L and that includes full use of the sim. Minimum one week rent.
