New Albion has a gorgeous plot for rent. Ocean views on three sides (Land can be dropped for a beach if you like, we'll do it for free.) 249Prim -750Prim plots (corner lots are largest and going the most quickly as well.) Rents range from 870wk to 2625wk, which is aproximately 3.5L per prim. We offer a discount if you pay an entire month upfront.
In our SIM, you get the rights to terraform your own land, place your own builds and we will help you with custom work if desired. Your rental comes with one custom build of your choice and any landscaping you would like done for free. Or, you may do it all yourself! It's up to you. Rules do apply.
