Solare has 3 beach houses for rent. 2 at 400L with 100 prims and 1 at 300L with 100 prims on a canal. Also apartments for 200L with 85 prims (partly furnished). I also have 3 great shops in the mall for rent. Prices range from 400 - 100 prims, 300 - 80 prims or 200 with 50 prims. 1 downstairs in a prime spot and 2 on an upper level.

We have LOTS of real traffic on this sim. Xploders going off, fashion groups, nugget hunters, a 1 linden shop with great deals. This sim has it all. So come by and check it out.
