This is part of a island in the old part of SL. The beautifull mainland sim Solang.
I just HAD to buy it.
The island has a mountain with a working volcano on it (still working on that one) but allso has plenty of forest on it and a long strech of beach. Its right on protected waterfront and all the other islands nearby are inhabited by respectfull residents and nice builds on large plots. Its what you would call an expensive neighbourhood
My plan is to find a renter for a long period, since I'm not really going to use the land (but its so beautifull I just wanted to HAVE it)
Its 5376 sqm and the normal Linden tier would be 40US$ (plus VAT) for this size of land, in Linden that would be 12614L/month.
The land was fairly expensive to buy, but I'm not looking to get rich over this so I'm happy to take 10kL/month.
If you rent it for a year, you only pay 11 months.
I know some people might think I'm destroying the rental market, but hey....I can do as I like, right?
There arent many restrictions but I would hate to see this turned into a shopping mall area, so THATS not allowed. Tastes differ, of course, so if you rent it and dont turn it into a shopping mall we wil come to an agreement You will get all land rights (ban list, music, terraform (please dont kill the volcano, but if you rent it its your decision), name the parcel etc)
