I currently have 4 parcels of 4096sqm with 937 prims avialable on my sim Vampiretopia. The parcels can be joined to make bigger ones if need be. The monthly rent is 7,500 lindens, just increase accordingly for bigger parcels.
The Sim is vampire/goth/BDSM themed and is a class 5 private region.
Every parcel comes with a choice of castles (or use your own place as long as it goes with the overall theme), free landscaping, estate security system, free unlimited access to the regions, arenas, club, disco, dungeons etc.

Try free for a week, if you then decide to stay get the first months tenancy for the price of 3 weeks, if you then decide to keep up your tenancy the tier goes back to full and you get the option of owning the parcel for free.
