Two mermaid coves now for rent in New Albion. One listed in classified section, one just went up yesterday. One with marble underwater house has come up for rent again and one with a beautiful skybox hovering in the clouds above for additional privacy.
Both plots can also be sold directly by talking to the owner of the estate "Mapprehension Octagon." He's actually quite nice and not nearly as pretentious as that name sounds. I promise.
OR, you can rent by the week or month. 3.5L a prim by week, 3L a prim by month.
And if you're a building fish, there's a 2400prim lag-free resident only sandbox on the mountaintop. It's okay. Fish can climb mountains. I do it all the time.
