Brand new tropical island sim has cheap rentals available. I have condos/apartments with beach/water view, houses, and skyboxes available! Unzoned sim. Sim has its own entertainment club as well.
If you'd like to see the sim please let me know. None of the rentals are placed yet because why place rentals that people won't enjoy. This is what I do. I have a ton of condos, apartments, houses, skyboxes saved and in mind to use, but won't place them unless you as the renter will enjoy them as much as I do. I have the links and if you'd like to see them I'd be happy to show you! OR if you have a certain rental in mind that you want but can't afford to buy or don't have land for, contact me and I will buy that one for you and just rent it to you! I won't charge you double!
