We would like to extend an invitation, to anyone currently considering renting or buying a home, to come see the houses available in the Burritoville community found on the private island SIM of Bobbintail (130, 113, 21).
As of today there are still five (5) homes available for rent:
*Two Beach homes, $1250L's a week with a provided 500 prims for decorating.
*One Beach home, $1000L's a week with an available 400 prims for your use.
*One Beach home, $850L's a week with 300 prims for your personal use, and...
*One Tree-home, yes its a really cool house up in a tree on the land section of the sim, going for $1000L's a week and also allowing 400 prims to do with as you please.
All homes allow renters to have ban/eject rights on their rented parcel, each have individual permissions for URL control over the music played on each parcel, all homes have yards/beach space outside of the homes and each home comes with menu driven privacy options such as lock/unlock of doors and clear or privacy (opaque) options for all windows.
I strongly recommend at least coming take a look at what is available. You can check out the vendor panels on the SIM's information island if you wish or IM the owner, 'Yummi Burrito', for showings or for additional information or questions.
