We have some vacancies here at the mall , would suit BDSM type vendors but not strictly restricted to .. we have varied vendors here already , most of them have been here since the femdom estate opened in September 2007.
Traffic here varies wildly but can be anything between 5k and 15k ... usually average is 8/9k

10 prims -=> 35L$ p/w
20 prims -=> 65L$ p/w
30 prims -=> 95L$ p/w
50 prims -=> 150L$ p/w (Executive Units Only)

We do not have camping chairs etc here at The Rising Phoenix.
Just look us up in the places search and pop along , head through the lounge to find the mall area.
Upon rental you will need to be added to the group , if you are not wishing to be involved in the Femdom community we do have a special Merchant Tag that you can be allocated for placement of merchandise.
Also , when we run events and the such we give prizes away .. we pride ourselves on supporting our own vendors and if your merchandise is Trans then you are likely to make your rent back of us anyway (lol) .. well .. providing you are selling quality items of course.
