Celebration Cove, a beautiful sim specializing in running events and weddings for residents is pleased to be able to offer commerical space. We currently have 2 sides of the sim availalbe for either an anchor store or several mall shops which are currently in the process of being built. The sim has a pacific coast feel to it and the landscape changes seasonally. Since the introduction of our beautiful Romance on the Rocks Ballroom and our automatic ice pond, the traffic on the SIM has been steadily increasing and we feel that now is a prime time to open it up to commerical vendors. We would prefer vendors that are selling items for holidays, events and weddings. Naughty is ok but outright lewd is not. We have room for a small furniture store and at this time have a hotel onsite but this hotel could be taken down if the prims are required for other purposes. Some residents are also onsite so the sim will be a mix of retail and commerical - Celebration Village where the party never stops! IM Janelle Taurog for more information.
