I have a club sitting and collecting dust, so if your interested on starting your own club have a look.

It's 200 prim limit and 200L weekly.

You have to provide your own stream and what not. Or I can provide the items, except for the stream. There is space upstairs if you want vendors or just slap ad boards around.

To be free of rent its 75 prim allowed and of course what is stated above of what is provided.
