Each property is rental only, the house is included in the rental price and you are free to furnish it as you please, with the exception of outside. We ask that all outside furnishings remain as consistant with the theme as possible. You get media access with your rental so put your favourite URL in or watch some tv even! GENEROUS prim allowances per parcel so you can have a sky box or decorate as much as you want! Open your home as a shop even!
The community area is another place you can call home...put your lawn chair out by the fire and chat with the neighbours. For your comfort, each parcel has spacial chat only turned on so no cross chatter and no listening to water rushing, as pretty as it is, 24/7. If you want to watch and hear the stream you are more than welcome to explore and find the many hidden delights Carmar has to offer.

Watch the birds swoop and dive close to the beach, chat with the friendly kingfisher as he braves the surf, sit and watch the swans...find all the different kinds of flora there are on the region. Please respect one anothers privacy though. Security devices are allowed as long as they are for the minimum range needed to be effective. Houses have locking doors and either windows no one can see in, or can be set to private.
