I have two lofts for rent, one loft is 600 s.m in size and the other is 400 s.m in size
600 sm comes with 117 prims for 300L a week, with ocean view
400 sm comes with 50 prims for 175 a week
The lofts are located on a private class 5 estate sim, so are low lag and traffic
Lofts can be used for personal living space or for commercial space or a combo of the two.
If you need help in setting up your new space that is possible, free of charge. Lofts can be customized to a certain extent (textures for walls and floors and an extra floor to make a true loft space).
