Nassau Shores has just had a make over of the central shopping district with 2 new parks.

Pompeii Park in the center and the connected Beach park gives the residents of Nassau and the shoppers a place to sit around or chat. With the new park's and mall opened the last few remaining beach houses left on the sim will be sure to rent out quickly, grab them while you can :)

Rental - 350l per week - Prim Limit: 200

The beachhouses also come with freeview TV and an 80 channel radio included in the price :)
