All standard suites include 1 hr per week access to conference hall and meeting room, Deluxe Suites include 2 hrs along with access to the Ginny Bar and Grill. Also access to directory in main Lobby.
All suites can get extra prims @ $100L/10.
Conference Facilicites
Conference Hall $2500 Deposit and $2500L/hr (only about $10 US) (Seating capacity of 50) Availability is located by touching the calendar just outside the door to the hall. A form will be provided for you to fill out for rental purposes, this form must be sent to BOTH Carly Meads and Berenice Cazalet.
If you are a tenant the deposit will be waivered since you already rent with us.

2 Conference Rooms on the main floor, (A and B)

$1000L Deposit plus $1000L/hr. Availability is located by touching the calendar just outside of each door. A form will be provided for you to fill out for rental purposes, this form must be sent to BOTH Carly Meads and Berenice Cazalet.
If you are a tenant the deposit will be waivered since you already rent with us. Also if more time is needed for meeting in conference room you can reveive a 30% discount on the hourly rate. So the hourly rate is 1400L$ and you need a room for three hours instead of two you would pay 2 x 700L/hr = 1400L
*All of the conference facilites come with :
- Access to TV with video feed
- drag and drop notecard screens
- ability to present power point presentations
- whiteboards that provide a visulisation of chat
- meeting recorders that provide transcript of meeting

**This includes precoreded uploads as well as live. We just have to test first before event and make sure it's in the right format. Video feed is hosted by clients host of choice.
Walk Ins are also welcome if there is no one scheduled for the alloted time.
