First-come, first-serve basis. To claim your apartment, simply pay the rentomatic box $10L. If you need $10L we have camping pads and other money making opportunities.

Rules:
* please only rent if you plan on using the property
* you are allowed up to 20 prims (IM me for group invite)
* if you want more than 20 prims or you are more than 60 days old, we have normal rentals for $100L/wk
