Advantages: - Beach club just next to the shops (you can almost touch the shops while dancing, only a few centimeters gap)

Beach club is not opened yet, grand-opening planned on Sunday. But there was a birthday party there on Tuesday and it was really a success !! Even me I am surprised of it.
