40 prims : 180 L$/ week (ca. 200qm)
80 prims : 330 L$/ week (ca. 400qm)
95 prims : 392 L$/ week (ca. 480qm)
every single prim cost above 80 prim 4,1 L$ every month
If you want to rent a place at the Rezplaca for your Housevendor, we debit once a month 20 prims (240 L$) for it.
min. rent: 2 weeks, max. rent: open end
New renter will get the first 3 weeks at the 2 weeks rentalprice. The remaining amount to the rentbox you get paid back from us.
If you pay your rent min. 6 weeks prepaid you will get 10 % discount on it. The remaining amount to the rentbox you get paid back from us.
