I built Hollow Mountain over a 6,080sq m mountain base. I've terraformed the base into caverns of 4,000+ sq m. Added a cavern roof which is also the lake bed, the lake covers 6,080sq m and is 10m deep (on average), I've recently remodelled the lake bed as well as some av's had trouble negotiating it. And of course that leaves the beach which runs around the edge of the Hollow Mountain top. It has two pools, one can be swum in and is ideal for sunbathing, holding meetings, or just chilling out with friends.

The value of the basic land is over L$70,000, I'm adding L$30,000 for what I've built there, but it is negotiable.

So for L$100,000 you can have a huge space for a gallery, shops, nightclub, diving or swimming area, underwater paintballing, or an unusual underwater residence. The base can be altered by you to suit yourself.

The property is mainland, on Nordloop which is a nice residential and business neighbourhood. With galleries etc to one side of you. Prims before building are 1391, with my gallery items taken out you still have several hundred left. Base area is 6.080sq m, with caverns is around 25 metres or so deep. You do the math on actual space available;-) feel free to visit and look around.
