We have several plots of 1024sqms and 2048sqm up for rent, but its not like normal renting we are offering you the chance to rent the land with land ownership.
you pay the rental post minimum weekly and if you want to, IM either myself or redraven oh and we can arrange it so you can have the land ownership rights to the parcel. so you will be able to change the permissions, change the media, do everything you can do as owner of the land, the only reason we say we are renting it rather then you buying it, is to stop ppl that which to resell the land again and make a profit on something we are giving you are free.
simply pay the rental post on the plot of land and the land is yours. at the moment we have houses on the parcels if you would like to keep them on the sim that is ok, but if you want to place your own house them simply return the house that is on it.
