I am about to set my mainland class 5 sim Cloudrider for sale. Its occupied atm but I will have my renters out in the next week and will have it set for sale properly. However, if you are looking for a nice mainland sim now, I invite you to have a look at the sim and feel free to submit offers for it.
It is a full hilly green sim. There is a Linden road (3200 sq meters 732 prims) all the way through the north end of the sim.
There is also an interesting natural land feature that should not be possible, but its there.
