Located right at the edge of the water, you have a perfect view of an endless sea. It's beautifully landscaped, and located in a quiet, lag-free sim. There is currently a bonus allotment of prims, but I can only ensure the regular amount as the bonus is under control of the sim owner and is subject to change. Currently (with the bonus), the prim limit is 328.
