I've had 13 people wanting to buy the sim since posting it for sale last night. This is a mass response to all for their questions asked:
*Arcadia is a class 4 sim.
*Tier is due on the 13th.
*Tier is $195.
*Buyer pays transfer fee.
*Transfer ticket is done as soon as paypal payment is confirmed.
*Nothing comes with the sim-it will be emptied out upon sale.
*New owner will be made estate manager until Linden's complete the transfer.
*New owner has to rename the sim.
With as many people wanting to buy the sim, I'm opening it up to best offer. $1400US is minimum I will take for the sim and sale must be complete by end of the day tomorrow.

I'm leaving SL and looking to sell my old tier sim. The sim will be emptied out upon sale. There are no residents so the sim will be fully empty and ready for teraforming, etc.
Asking price is $1400 US FIRM.
Sim name is Arcadia
New owner is asked to please rename the sim. I don't care if you don't move it as it does not have any sims attached to it but I may use the name at a later time if I ever come back to SL.
