100 prims = 150L per week for residential condos (unfurnished). Condos are in high detail old fashioned hotel buildings and are very spacious with locking doors. You will have access to group media functions.

100 prims = 180L per week for commercial storefront boutiques. You get your own parcel (around 800 sqm in size) with name , media settings, and include in search in this price.. unbeatable!! Doors and windows in some cases are not included and will be your responsibility.

We have designed the shopping areas for maximum visibility of your products or services. We have a good steady (non-gamed) traffic of SL builders artists and educators, if your business could benefit this may be a very good opportunity to reach some of SL's more seasoned patrons.

Please come and check out the estate. It's almost finished, we have great driving, exploring, and boating available and scenery that is simply stunning. The estate crosses 2 sims with beautiful river, waterfront, and natural areas available for you to use and explore. An eclectic mix of fine art and sculpture makes us truly unique.
