Here at hopeless we just finished our mall/town and are now looking for good designers to fill it up!
We have a small 25,000 town with 13 stylish shops, a Club, Cinema and Skybox Rental office.

We have 10x20 shops with 50 prims and 20x20 shops with 100 prims.
First 2 will get 2 weeks for free, no expenses at all!
First 3 after that will get 2 weeks free if you rent for 4 weeks!
