I currently own 42,432 sqm in a lovely sim. Some of the land is bordered by a Linden Protected Water Sim, some is bordered by what one day will be a road.
Unfortunately, there is no room to expand. Everyone who lives here has been here for a long time and has no plans to move.
So I need to move.
What I am looking for is a full region, possibly even a private island.
I want to trade my existing land for this new place, I know I may have to throw in some additional L$ depending on the land, but I am willing to take crap land in exchange for good land. I say its good because whenever some has come up for sale it has always gone for a high price.
I'm not sure how a deal like this would work, so that would have to be discussed.
I am not interested in moving to a private estate owned by someone else, if I move to a private estate then it would have to be on the basis of a full island transfer. (But I don't see that as happening, but you never know
