Most of them are sell decorate and with furniture, other one without furniture. The most expensive are on 2048sqm lands ( they have also a skyhouse) and all the houses are in front of sea. Most of them in edge of sim have protected view east or west ( for beautiful sunrises or sunset). All are waterfront .
I have also some lands without houses in real protected view (linden ocean) at prices never seen ( sell 8000 to 9000Ls when the same lands are sell about 11000 to 14000...Some sell it 50000!)
