This new SIM allows shops above sky level, has a community center and castle keep for residents use and is very relaxed. Plots range from 249 to 800prims and are available at a discount to those willing to pay a month in advance.
The current houses are beautiful but can be changed up for yours if you want. Please read SIM rules. Simply pay the boxes to begin your rent.
We welcome and enjoy all. Ponies, furries, nekos, slaves etc are welcome in New Albion. We are also family friendly so come raise your little one in a mansion by the sea in a diverse and welcoming environment.
