We are taking reservations for rentals on Sunset Sea, a Class 5 sim, available soon for mixed usage - commercial and/or residential.
Sunset Sea will have 1/4 sim lots for L$ 32,000 per month. Lots are corner lots with views of two "ocean" sides. Neighboring lots can be screened off w/mountains.
Rent is monthly - no purchases or extra fees charged.
Texturing can be adjusted to mostly sand, grassland or snow, as you prefer.
