Tier payment for the Full Sim is due on the 7th of each month.
Tier for the GRANDFATHERED HOMESTEAD is the $95 a month and is due on the 8th of each month.
Both Tier payments would be payed to Linden Labs as you would be the owner of the islands.
Asking price for both SIMS together is $1300USD which includes both islands transfer fees.
