I recently opened up a new club/mall named "Red Love." It is a BDSM orient club and mall, and we will be planning events, shows, even auctions once the ball starts rolling. My plans for this club/mall is to get as involved with the BDSM community as much as possible and with all communities that are related to BDSM in one way or another. Such as the gorean community, the pony girl/boy, the capture roleplayers, and the many many others that are out there.
Business owners who wish to advertise thier products only need thier products to be related to BDSM/Fetishes/sex in some way. Things such as skins, silks, latex, etc. Are all acceptable.
Those who sell products such as weapons, avas, gadgets and just about anything that isn't releated to BDSM/fetishes/sex shouldn't rent a spot for it be completely out of place.
Those who do rent a space, I want you to know that I'm not going to take your money and leave your prims there to collect dust. I will do what I can to bring attention and traffic to your products. There will be events to help bring in traffic such as; Parties, movie nights, auctions, etc.
If you wish, we can even organize a show to help get your product out more.
There is currently over 30 vendor spots available, along with 16 escort spots for those who wish to advertise thier services.
The prices are as such:
200L/week for 25 prims (wall spots)
240L/week for 30 prims (corner spots)
escort spots: 80L/week
If more prims are needed, adjustments can be made to met that need.
Also the first few vendors who's products are the type you rezz down and sit on, particularly furniture. There will be a few spots available where you can have your latest product rezzed for people to try out, with no extra cost. These spots are only available to the first vendors with funiture for sale.
