I have just placed two very nice houses for rent. Each is on a 512m plot of land. The plots are adjacent to my other lands and so I can offer 150 prims for the renters.
I will allow all property rights as if the renter were the owner. The houses are spacious with tintable windows and lockable doors. Elegant surroundings complement the houses and provide for entertainment.
I will give a 10% rebate if you rent for a month or more. After rental I will invite the person to join the group so they can place their furniture and other objects.
