Ideally we'd love to see some new designers taking up store - particularly with shoes, skins or body hair, three things the guys here could do with having at their fingertips but presently there's no stores containing them.
However any kind of male fashion is always popular at Devilfish! We also welcome furniture stores - we run our own home rentals so a captive audience there for furniture and art but I must admit it's the clothes that really sell. The guys love to look good.
The mall is gay friendly with a big male community behind it. No camping whatsoever, traffic is brought in via search and classifieds, events, attractions such as our beach bar & lake, newbie/freebie centre, home rentals and an underground male4male sex area (well avis have to look hot to pull!
). Devilfish also has it's own mainstores featured in the mall clothing, jewellery, animations and furniture which draw in the customers so it's a pretty active mall.
Euro evenings are the best time to catch people wandering though we're certainly working on the rest. If you want the chance to show your work off in front of real shoppers, this is the mall for you.
Stores are 600L$ a week 150 prims, however we're happy to go up in size if needs be. Rent four weeks get one free. The mall has been running for nearly two years now and has had some vendors who've stayed with us for the whole of this time to, so if you do decide to check us out know we're not a small operation and certainly not planning on going anywhere.
The mall is staffed, we try to take newbies from fugly to stud via the stores aiming for a one-stop-shop for men. We also actively encourage stores to participate and get involved, be it adding regular new items or running promotions with us, so lazy store owners need not apply.
Devilfish also has a website and large shopping group we regularly promote the stores with.
