512 Plot, Small tropical island in air on it's own ocean. There is a rustic atoll hut with lockable door, beach and beach campfire with animations. I will exchange the atoll hut for another if the renter requires. I have many nice house in inventory.
The island is above the land on level with japanese sim next to it. I will raise the island up higher (to a level of 735 meters) if the renter desires.
I will allow 100 prims for 250L a week. More prims may be purchased at 2.5L per additional prim.
