HULA HULA folks ...... we've expanded our shopping area here at the Inochi Islands with a terrific new mall - the Inochi Island Beach Market. We have brand new shops to rent in a 3-sim estate, with 2 established malls, over 44 merchants, loads of permanent residents, a great club with regular, packed events and friendly Estate Managers to help you out. We go that little bit extra for our shop renters... our shops are cute as hell (the MARKET TOWN range by JohnnyD Posthorn, which he customized especially for us), market style 10x10's or 10x20's in a walk though design with your own little bit of private beach on the other side, plus we cut the land and give you Places search if you want it. Established merchants are welcome, and we'd especially like to hear from new creators who are looking for a quality build with established traffic to startup their shops, with Places search included!
We have Market Stalls starting at 10x10's at 200 Lindens a week for 25 prims and 20x10's at 250 Lindens a week for 35 prims. Larger prim shops on the beach front side!
