I have one sea-cave remaining for rent at L$750 per week for 200 prims. Nothing else to pay: no land-baron up-front 'sales' US$ fee.
The sea-cave has its own private beach, protected views, on a private island, and you get the run of the whole island. We try to be accurate in the experience you can become a part of. (Just one example: we simulate the passage of the seasons, grow our own wheat, harvest it, mill it in our own water-mill, make bread you can eat in RL...).
What's the catch? Well, the Isle of Faerun is a mediaeval/fantasy sim, and we ask you to furnish the residence and dress appropriately; humans, Nekos, Faes, Elves, Centaurs and indeed all races are welcome. Only Faeries can fly.
The Mead Hall is our social centre; we have a thriving market-place, our own Arena for tournaments, and a combat group (DCS and other systems) if you enjoy combat sim. Otherwise make the Isle your base while you do whatever else you do on the Mainland and in the rest of SL.
PS Also two cottages, and a couple of Neko tree apartments from L$400 per week.
