*BE AWARE* :::
Land can only be sold with approval of either Amsterdam Alonzo or CarlosJ Xeno. If you are offered to buy land on our sims, please double check with us to make sure you are not being ripped off. In general allmost all lands on our sims are for rent only.
*RULES OF CONDUCT*:
- Not attack neighbours
- Not to offend neighbours.
- No spamming off land, keep advertisements ranged to your own land only, so it does not disturb neighbours or there visitors.
- Be kind and considerate to your neighbors. A warning will be given for the first offense of any major disturbance. If any further disturbance eviction will take place.
- Try to keep lag down as much as reasonably possible. Do not harm, crash, or cause problems to the sim in general. Any object or script deemed a problem will be returned to the owner at our descretion.
- Do not create structures that overwhelmingly cause a negatieve influence to your neighbours. We reserve the right to ask you to modify it if we recieve complaints ragarding it and agree with the complaints. You would not want either that your entire view is blocked by a big tower or wall that reaches all the way to the clouds. Please be considerate to the other people next to you. Any walls on purhpose build for harsement will be dealt with it.
- No script, particals or objects, or spam should effect the nighbours land, visitors, scripts or buildings.
- Skyboxes etc, should be placed high up in the sky so it does not limit view of neighbours.
- No bann lines allowed unless first discussed and premission asked from us.
- Last but not least, pay rent on time.
- DO NOT SELL LAND YOU DO NOT OWN !! Potential buyers, contact CarlosJ Xeno or Amsterdam Alzono to prefent a rip-off !!

*RENT PAYMENTS*
Rent can be paid weekly or monthly.
Advantage of monthly is that you pay 4xweek price but get 30 or 31 days instead of 4x7=28days. Your advatage is 2 or 3 days per month.
Pay rent on time. Weekly rent is paid to rentboxes which are located at http://slurl.com/secondlife/LasVegas/249/94/22 We move rentboxes to this location so it does not take any prim of your land as well as so you dont have any objects on your land you do not own.
