I am selling this Island for $1000.00 US (payable via paypal). or $300,000.L(payable in-world) Monthly tier of $285.US or $81,000L goes to them instead of Linden Lab, tier will be due the 19th of the month. Purchaser will be responsible for the tier upon completion of the sale. I will handle the the transfer fee.
This beautiful Island is Green Grassy Island with a 40 meter high waterfall in the center, that flows into a river that cuts the island into sections. Currently the island is set up for rentals, there are currently 10 active renters, two renters are renting 1/4 of the Island.
