due to VAT much of the reclaimed ad-lands have to be feed back to the system.
Rent : 16 Linden per 16sqmroadside ad-land per week
Sell : 300 to 500 Linden each 16 sqm roadside ad-land.
totalnumber of parcels are between 20 to 35 , situate in ca 20 to 30 different sims. ( with roadsides )
Price reduction : if you buy more than one
Price reduction : if you set a shop instead of ads. Price will be de averge tier pay plus VAT.
If you rent and plant tree, in more than 50% of these land. we will share the tiers 50 50
If you want to donate tiers to keep these reclaimed ad-lands and keep some load off my shoulder, it will be better. But it wont works very long... Next year I have to pay proably 21 % VAT. That is too much for me.
