The first, in Ariel, is 2448 sqm., 1120 prims, at L$1,567/week tier. It's located just in front of a channel on protected land, so it's ideal if you want to do a little sailing. Beautiful low-key beach, unobtrusive neighbors; selling for 29,900L$.

The second is in Thalassa. 4784 sqm., 2189(!) prims, tier is L$3,062/week. It's fronted by a nice stretch of water, and since it's terraformable you can have the water right at your door. The price is 49,900L$.
Both lots are prime pieces of property, double-prim and terraformable. Azure Islands is a very reliable alternative to large privately-owned continents such as Dreamland, with a covenant that ensures no garish builds or ad signs, and small spaces between lots. You pay your weekly tier into a terminal on the corner of your lot. Azure support is quick and their responses are far more prompt than LL's.
You don't need to have a premium account or payment info on file to buy these lots, and since we're looking to sell them fast, the prices have been reduced to far less than would be standard for these lot sizes. I can safely say that it's rare for residential lots, especially beachfront property, to sell for this low.
