Hey everyone,

I've recently moved my shop to a private island and am now selling my original mainland. It's in a quiet mainland region with not a lot of landowners, one side of the land is completely bordered with protected Linden roads, and about 1/4 of the other side is waterfront. The land is currently priced at L$13/meter and there is a plot next to it that is also for sale should you need more land.

Should you decide to purchase the land, you may return all of my objects to me without notice.
