New island opened tonight 6 8192 (4k a week) parcels and 3 4096 (2k a week) parcels, Limited Estates make for a more stable sim, ALl our parcels are lease only which means no up front purchase is nessesary. No premium membership is needed and naturally no VAT is applied. Come check out the island and find yourself a new home.
All Residents receive their choice of homes that I make ( if interested ) free of charge and while this island is a residential Sim, we offer all our residents free commercial Space if they desire.
