End user looking to tier down. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly- the land peeks out on linden protected road. There's a natural slope to it towards the road on the west, away from the road on the east), but it's gentle enough that you can flatten it for ease of building if you like. I'm selling at a loss (aren't we all... alas poor land market), but I'm only hoping to recoup enough on the sale to buy a nice hillside lot on a mountain and have a little bit of spending money, so it's not too too pricey.
