I am offering an entire sim of land (estate land), including estate manager permissions for sale at the price of 365,000 L$ (or $1350 US), which includes one month tier. Monthly tier payments will be at the rate of $315 US / month or the equivalent L$ rates as measured on the Lindex, and will be paid to me (first one due one month from time of purchase). It is connected to other estates but can be moved (Lindens charge me $150 US to do this, so thats what I would have to charge as well). The purchaser will also receive estate manager capability with full rights, and no covenant other than pay tier on time :-)
