This is a beautiful area and plot for SALE. The entire sim is flowing with linden protected waterways, beaches and homes or small shops. This property itself has linden waterways along more than half of its borders. I have a couple of houses on it currently, if you want them I will need to join your land group to deed them to group but they can remain! Everything else is yours to enjoy. Fabulous water front and surrounded property without a cov on an 8192sqm mainland sim! Come enjoy Promissa or at least peek at it ;)
