This plot is not currently listed for sale in SL as I am initially seeing if anyone want's to buy it as a going concern with existing tenants in the apartments.
The building is fully set up for the HippoTech rental system with the door locking plugin but while I can transfer the buildings you would need to replace the HTNRS rental boxes with your own and just edit the notecards in the doors.
