Our small group of modern homes for rent are set in the beautiful Aswang Valley with views overlooking the lake, in a very peaceful & attractive area.
All our unfurnished homes have two storeys, teleport, lockable doors & tinted windows - controlled by you & balconies to enable you to take advantage of the lakeview. Each property has a 512 sq. m. area with an allowance of 50 prims. You may also use our communal area at the lakeside to relax, chat, or paddle in the lake! There is a teleport near the rental homes to enable you to visit our Shopping Plaza, with a small selection of shops set within a restful, paved area.
We have endeavoured to maintain an attractive appearance within this parcel, hence the rental homes being of the same design and to keep the building of them to a reasonable size in consideration of our neighbours so that they too can enjoy the views in Aswang Valley.
These rental homes are 100L$ per week and the rental home set on the lakeside is 150L$ per week.
You may rent for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 8 weeks, but of course will have the option to renew again if you choose to stay longer.
