This is a set of four void regions/high areas, 65,536 square meter each.
You must have at least one island in your estate to anchor/attach these open spaces. Or you can request to have them converted back to a single Class 5 private region.
I will pay the USD$100 transfer fee which is the total cost to transfer all 4 regions, or convert to a 15,000 prim island and transfer.
The monthly island fee is USD$295.00 (USD$73.75 each region) which you agree to pay directly to LL beginning Oct 24th. Tier is paid until Oct 24th.
This set includes the following Regions (currently ocean sims in the Recology Estate) They are cleared and ready for immediate transfer:
Florida Bay, Tombolo Reserve, Sego Bay, and Tamarind Bay.

This is true ownership with full Estate rights. A transfer request will be submitted by both the buyer and myself which will include moving the regions to your chosen grid spaces (ie.. 1097, 1144) and re-naming. You can find more information about transfers and void regions by logging into Support, select Knowledge Base and type in "Private Region Transfer" and/or "Void Regions" in the search window.
You can visit these regions by typing one of the above region names in the map.
